The Sr. Finance Manager serves as a business partner to BU Finance leaders, overseeing planning, forecasting, and management reporting. They are responsible for providing actionable insights on spend and performance while driving continuous improvement in financial processes and cost modeling.
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree and possess over 10 years of experience in FP&A or financial analysis. Proficiency in advanced Excel, P&L concepts, and experience with ERP systems like Oracle Cloud is required.
The Sr Finance Manager is a business-finance partner supporting BU Finance leaders with planning, forecasting, close, and decision support. The role owns analytics and management reporting, provides timely variance and run-rate insights, and builds scalable models and templates that improve accuracy and speed for expense management. In this high visible role, you will help guide resource allocation, expense management and investment prioritization across both near-term planning cycles and long -term strategy. You will translate complex data into clear and actionable insights, helping leaders to understand performance drivers, evaluating trade-offs. As a trusted finance partner, you will empower teams to operate with clarity and accountability.
