Lead proposal development and pursuit activities, including defining technical approaches, developing execution strategies, schedules, and defensible fee structures
Facilitate project kick-offs, technical workshops, and coordination meetings, ensuring alignment across internal teams, clients, and stakeholders
Identify technical and delivery risks early, working with discipline leads to implement mitigation strategies and drive continuous improvement
Actively identify follow-on opportunities and value-add services, leveraging technical insight and client relationships to support repeat business
Demonstrate a self‑starter mindset, taking ownership of both technical and delivery challenges and driving projects forward with minimal oversight
What you will bring to the team:
8–15 years of experience delivering multi-disciplinary facilities/buildings projects within an engineering or professional services environment

Experience delivering projects within a multi-disciplinary engineering/architecture consulting firm in the role of a Project Manager, Engineering Manager or Design Manager is strongly preferred.
Strong understanding of design processes, technical integration, risk management, and quality assurance/quality control systems
Experience supporting or leading proposal development, including scope definition, work planning, scheduling, and fee estimation

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead technical discussions and manage complex client interactions
Demonstrated ability to navigate challenging conversations related to scope, change, cost, and delivery performance
High ethical standards and commitment to delivering high-quality, defensible work
