What you bring to the team
To join a Great Clips salon team as a Salon Manager, you’ll need:
A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
Strong technical haircutting skills and the ability to help others grow their skills and confidence
Proven leadership ability or readiness to take on full salon responsibility
