The Director is responsible for overseeing all aspects of station ramp operations, including passenger handling, GSE maintenance, and aircraft cleaning at the DFW station. The role ensures compliance with regulatory and customer standards while meeting financial targets and promoting a safety-first culture.
Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree (postgraduate preferred) and extensive senior management experience in aviation, ground handling, or logistics. Proven skills in business development, commercial negotiation, and leading large teams are required.

The Director, Station Operations is a key role for our DFW Station and responsible for oversight of one of Menzies Aviation’s largest Operations. This role, working with the station leadership ensures Menzies Aviation delivers safe, consistent and quality service in our Ground Handling, and the overall success of our operations. The Director will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all Regulatory, Airport, Customer and Internal standards, and delivering high-quality services to multiple domestic and International Airlines. The successful candidate must have the ability to run a business in a challenging environment, while maintaining strict Menzies safety standards and Corporate Governance and meeting financial targets.

Compensation: $140,000
