Provide administrative execution for the Consistency and Standard Leads team, including building presentations and coordinating team travel. Support senior management by analyzing station findings and communicating initiatives to frontline resources.
Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and at least 2 years of Airport Operations experience. Must be able to travel up to 40% and work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

From our Contact Center to customer analytics, insights, innovation, and everything in between, the Customer Experience team delivers outstanding service and helps us to run a more customer-centric and dependable airline. This position will require a flexible schedule and significant travel.
This position will provide day-to-day administrative execution on initiatives for the Consistency and Standard Leads team, building presentations, supporting the Senior Manager and Assistant Managers, and communicating initiatives to the frontline resources. The Supervisor will be the administrative support to the team of frontline employees, coordinating with local stations, and ensuring that team travel and work is scheduled according to Company policy.
What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 2 years of Airport Operations experience
- Experience with cross-divisional team coordination
- Understanding of Airport Operations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Ability to travel up to 40%
- Computer skills including Microsoft Teams and Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
- Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
- Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
