This position ensures the effectiveness of the maintenance and CASS programs by identifying root cause failures and initiating corrective actions. The role involves analyzing performance deterioration of aircraft components and presenting recommendations to management at Reliability Control Board meetings.
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent experience and possess at least five years of aircraft or component maintenance experience. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office.

The purpose of this position is to ensure the effectiveness of the Maintenance Program and support of the CASS Program. This position also supports the FAA approved Reliability Program in finding root cause failures and initiating corrective actions to improve overall reliability of the fleets and components. Establishes and maintains strong business relationships with Engineering, Technical Support and Aircraft Maintenance to execute fast, effective and coordinated repairs. Manages workload in accordance with business requirements to achieve maximum productivity and cost control.
NOTE: This position is based at the CSC-Willis Tower in Chicago, IL and considered as a hybrid role working 3 days in-office (Tue-Thu), however that may evolve with the needs of the company.
What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics or equivalent relevant work experience
- Strong analytical skills; Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Five years aircraft/component maintenance experience
- Microsoft Office proficiency a must, good oral and written communication skills including presentation skills
- Must be willing and able to work in Chicago, IL as a hybrid work schedule, 3 days in-office
- Must be willing and able to travel 10-15% domestic/international
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
- Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
- Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
