As a Supply Chain Manager at dnata Catering, you will lead end-to-end supply chain operations across procurement, inventory management, vendor performance, and logistics coordination. This role is responsible for ensuring the seamless flow of goods, from sourcing and purchasing through delivery to production; while maintaining cost control, quality standards, and operational efficiency in a fast-paced aviation catering environment.
You will play a critical role in aligning supply chain strategy with business needs, supporting high-volume meal production, and ensuring compliance with food safety, regulatory, and airline partner requirements.
Key Responsibilities
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) 2–3+ years of leadership experience in a high-volume environment
