The Duty Manager is responsible for proactively managing unit operations, ensuring optimal performance, and supervising staff to maintain high standards of safety and customer satisfaction. They must provide a permanent presence on the field to support employees and ensure the smooth execution of daily airport services.
Candidates must have confirmed experience in an agency or as a Duty Manager, along with proficiency in both French and English. Strong analytical skills, mastery of reservation systems like Amadeus or E-res, and the ability to work irregular hours including nights and weekends are required.
