Responsible for the daily management and coordination of baggage processes during arrival and departure operations. This includes supervising staff, monitoring operational progress, and ensuring safety and efficiency during disruptions.

Heb je ervaring in een operationele of coördinerende functie binnen de luchtvaart of logistiek? En houd je overzicht in een omgeving waar veiligheid, planning en samenwerking centraal staan?
Als Coördinator Bagage ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing van de bagageprocessen tijdens jouw dienst. Je bewaakt de voortgang van de operatie, stuurt medewerkers aan en zorgt ervoor dat bagage veilig, efficiënt en volgens planning wordt verwerkt.
Je bent zichtbaar aanwezig op de werkvloer, schakelt snel bij verstoringen en zorgt ervoor dat alle betrokken partijen tijdig worden geïnformeerd.
Coördineren van de bagageprocessen tijdens aankomst- en vertrekoperaties.
Opstellen en bijsturen van planningen en prioriteiten, ook bij verstoringen of verzuim.
Bewaken van de naleving van luchthaven-, veiligheids- en bedrijfsvoorschriften.
Aansturen, begeleiden en ondersteunen van medewerkers tijdens de dienst.
Registreren van operationele gegevens, zoals off-loads, on-loads en transferbagage.
Mbo 4-werk- en denkniveau.
Minimaal drie jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare operationele of coördinerende functie.
Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
Kennis van luchthavenprocessen, veiligheidsvoorschriften en operationele systemen.
Je bent bereid om te werken in een 24/7-operatie met wisselende diensten.
Ervaring met DCS-systemen, CISS, BRS en ground support equipment is een pré.
Een salaris tussen €3.402 en € 4.792 bruto per maand, exclusief onregelmatigheidstoeslagen.
