The Ramp Agent is responsible for manually and mechanically loading and unloading baggage while ensuring safety and efficiency. They also handle data processing, area hazard checks, and communication with the flight deck.
Candidates must be able to lift heavy baggage and work outdoors in all weather conditions. A customer-focused approach and the ability to adapt to changing priorities are required.
