The Team Lead manages team operations, provides clinical supervision, and oversees the delivery of services to meet the clinical needs of recipients. They are responsible for developing individualized supervision plans, facilitating team meetings, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and documentation standards.
Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in a human services-related field and possess a valid clinical license such as LCSW, LCMHC, or LMFT. A minimum of one to three years of relevant clinical experience working with MH/SA populations is required.
