The Medical Director provides direct patient care while leading the clinical team to ensure optimal medical outcomes and operational efficiency. They are responsible for managing staff, overseeing clinic budgets, and maintaining professional relationships with clients and payers.

At Concentra, our Medical Directors spend most of their time clinically treating patients; the remaining time is focused on quality improvements and building the center business with the Center Leadership Team. This role offers an opportunity for physicians to blend their love of patient care with their management skills, working for the leader in the workplace health industry.

This position is eligible to earn a base compensation rate in the state range of $280,000.00 to $348,000.00 annually depending on job-related factors as permitted by applicable law, such as level of experience, geographic location where the work is performed, and/or seniority. Additional incentive bonuses are available on quarterly and monthly basis.
