The Medical Director provides direct patient care while leading the clinic's medical model and managing clinicians and support staff. They are responsible for quality improvements, maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the clinic's financial and business metrics.
Candidates must possess an active, unrestricted medical license, a DEA license, and be eligible to participate in Medicare. Board Certification in an ABMS or AOA recognized specialty and FMCSA NRCME certification are preferred.

This position is eligible to earn a base compensation rate in the state range of $255,000 to $290,000 depending on job-related factors as permitted by applicable law, such as level of experience, geographic location where the work is performed, and/or seniority.
