Main Responsibilities
Lead and develop a small team of analytics professionals in Rare, High Touch analytics, setting direction, managing performance, and fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.

Direct and execute comprehensive analytics on patient journey, conversion, adherence, and program performance; translate complex analyses into actionable business implications for non-analytical stakeholders across Commercial and PSS teams.
Develop and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and reporting solutions for Rare, High Touch programs in partnership with the PSS Business Intelligence Team; ensure insights are reliable, timely, and business-focused.
Own the Monthly TA Performance Review of all PSS areas, powered by strategic analyses that identify opportunities, barriers, and trends in patient access and program performance; proactively surface insights to leadership.
Partner with the PSS Business Intelligence Team to evaluate and implement advanced analytics capabilities (AI/ML, predictive modeling, automation) that enhance analytical depth and efficiency for Rare, High Touch programs.
Collaborate across Commercial (Marketing, Sales, Market Access) and PSS (Operations, Affordability, Strategy & Operations) teams to co-create insights, drive program optimization, and measure evidence-based impact of PSS programs.
About You

Deep expertise in business analytics methodologies — including a minimum of 3 years of experience in patient journey analysis, conversion/adherence modeling, or program performance analytics — with the ability to translate complex findings into clear business implications.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with SQL, advanced Excel, and business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau); hands-on experience with Python or R valued.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with Commercial and PSS stakeholders as the analytics expert, with executive presence and the ability to synthesize complex analytical details into concise, actionable takeaways for leadership audiences; minimum of 4 years of experience working directly with Commercial and/or PSS business stakeholders.
Minimum of 5 years of experience working with pharmaceutical data sources (specialty pharmacy data, CRM systems, claims data) and a strong understanding of patient support services operations.
Strategic thinker with the ability to identify high-impact analytics opportunities and align analytical work with Rare, High Touch therapeutic area and PSS business objectives.
Advanced degree in Analytics, Data Science, Business Administration, or related field preferred; significant experience in pharmaceutical or specialty care analytics considered in lieu of advanced degree.
2+ years of experience in Rare Disease or High Touch therapeutic area strongly preferred
