Perform routine and reactive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems to ensure peak building performance. Responsibilities also include waterpark pool testing, general repairs, and groundskeeping tasks.
Requires 1-2 years of building or apartment maintenance experience and the ability to work flexible shifts. Technical training in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing is preferred.
