The LifeCafe Leader oversees all front-of-house and back-of-house operations to drive financial growth and high-quality service. This includes managing P&L, budgeting, and leading a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment.
Candidates must have 3+ years of leadership experience in food or hospitality and hold ServSafe and CPR/AED certifications. A high school diploma is required, while a college degree in culinary or business is preferred.
