Summary:
The Superintendent reports to the Field Operations Manager and operates in a collaborative role with the Foremen, Project Managers, BIM and other members of the construction operations team. It is the Super's responsibility to monitor, track and manage the field team by starting and finishing projects strongly and in compliance with company processes. In addition to project starts and finishes, the Super will provide oversight on challenging projects as assigned by the Operations Manager. The Super role requires
strong mechanical and plumbing trade knowledge and a good understanding of company processes to
successfully start and complete projects.
