Candidates must have at least 5 years of fire sprinkler installation experience, including 2 years in a leadership role. Proficiency in NFPA standards, construction drawings, and hydraulic calculations is required, along with a valid driver's license.

Randall Construction’s Fire Protection division is currently seeking a top-tier Fire Sprinkler Foreman to lead projects in the Sarasota, FL area and north toward the Greater Tampa area. We are excited about this important role and are determined to consider the best and brightest candidates who meet our requirements. Position Summary:
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader who takes pride in delivering high-quality fire protection systems while managing field crews, schedules, and job site safety. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of fire sprinkler systems, leadership experience, and a commitment to excellence in customer service and workmanship.

This is primarily a Shop or Field Jobsite job. You must be able to lift a dead weight of at least 50 pounds and stand on your feet for several hours at a time. You must also be able to bend, stretch, crouch, and lift as required by the job, be able to respond quickly to sounds, see and respond to dangerous situations, and properly wear personal protective gear.
