Full job description
DRW is a diversified trading firm with over 3 decades of experience bringing sophisticated technology and exceptional people together to operate in markets around the world. We value autonomy and the ability to quickly pivot to capture opportunities, so we operate using our own capital and trading at our own risk.
Headquartered in Chicago with offices throughout the U.S., Canada, Europe, and Asia, we trade a variety of asset classes including Fixed Income, ETFs, Equities, FX, Commodities and Energy across all major global markets. We have also leveraged our expertise and technology to expand into three non-traditional strategies: real estate, venture capital and cryptoassets.
We operate with respect, curiosity and open minds. The people who thrive here share our belief that it’s not just what we do that matters–it's how we do it. DRW is a place of high expectations, integrity, innovation and a willingness to challenge consensus.
As a University Talent Acquisition Analyst, you’ll shepherd the entire talent acquisition lifecycle for critical university roles across Europe, including recruitment, assessment and onboarding. You’ll work closely with employees and managers to optimize our talent acquisition processes and results. Day to day, you’ll partner with university recruiters to build sourcing pipelines, manage early-stage recruiting processes, and deliver our global university recruiting strategy, including events and programmes, as part of a high-performing team.
What you’ll do in this role:
Interface with university candidates, employees, and hiring managers to support the university recruiting cycle.
Manage and execute university recruiting processes, including job posting management, sourcing, resume review, and candidate communications.
Liaise with university career services teams and societies to plan and execute university recruitment events.
Represent DRW at on-campus and virtual events, acting as a dynamic ambassador for our opportunities and culture.
Partner with university recruiting, talent development, and talent operations teams to plan and execute our internship programming.
Provide sourcing support by leveraging various platforms and channels to build high-quality recruitment pipelines.
Utilise applicant tracking systems to manage candidate data, monitor and analyse recruitment metrics, and ensure process efficiency and continuous improvement.
Provide general administrative support to University Talent Acquisition team
You will be right at home if you:
Have excellent organisation skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
Are willing to travel to core schools during peak university recruiting cycles.
Work with a high sense of urgency and consistently aim to deliver high-quality work.
Approach problems and work with a data-driven mindset, creativity, and determination, while balancing multiple priorities effectively.
Are flexible and willing to adapt in an ever-changing environment.
Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
Are comfortable keeping others on task and owning a process.
Have a customer-focused mindset and a passion for building meaningful relationships.
Have worked in a corporate office setting, ideally in a recruiting environment; previous campus recruiting experience is a plus.
Are proficient in MS Outlook, Word & Excel, as well as other web-based systems; previous ATS experience a plus, and Greenhouse experience is highly preferred.
Have a Bachelor’s degree.
