Competitive compensation and benefits. Opportunities for continuous learning and career development. You will gain exposure to a broad suite of S&P Global Market Intelligence solutions and work with internal experts across Product, Sales Specialists, Marketing, and other teams to deliver meaningful client outcomes. This role provides the opportunity to strengthen your consultative account management capability, communicate complex information to a range of stakeholders, and contribute ideas that improve how we serve clients.
Responsibilities:
Build and deepen strategic relationships with key stakeholders across assigned accounts, establishing yourself as a trusted partner and the main point of contact for S&P Global MI.
Develop and execute strategic account plans to support retention and growth, maintain accurate forecasting, and report regularly on account health, risk, and opportunity pipelines.
Stay current on industry trends, financial services use cases, and the full suite of S&P Global Market Intelligence solutions. Understand how our offerings can support client objectives across sustainability, supply chain, credit risk, and more.
Work closely with internal teams, including Product, Sales Specialists, Marketing, and others, to bring the best of S&P Global MI to the client, including custom demos, training, and strategic planning sessions.

Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage day-to-day account activity with limited oversight, connect work to broader business priorities, and resolve varied client issues with an end-to-end mindset.
We require all candidates who reach the final stage of our interview process to attend at least one in-person interview, which is ordinarily at your nearest S&P Global office. This must be completed before we can proceed to an offer.
Additional Preferred Qualifications

Demonstrated ability to communicate fairly complex information clearly and effectively to a range of audiences, including client stakeholders and internal partners.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across functions to achieve common goals and support client objectives.
Experience identifying and resolving day-to-day problems, including situations where client needs or internal priorities may be varied or non-routine.
Ability to identify areas for process improvement and implement creative, practical solutions that enhance client engagement or team effectiveness.
