We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Vetting Administrator to join our Vetting & Compliance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has a passion for accuracy and compliance, and wants to play an important role in ensuring our workforce meets the highest standards of security and regulatory compliance. You'll work closely with candidates, hiring managers and external providers, delivering an excellent vetting experience from start to finish.
What You'll Be Doing
Coordinating and tracking pre-employment screening and vetting activities from initiation through to completion.
Verifying identity, employment history, qualifications, right-to-work documentation and other required checks.
Acting as a key point of contact for candidates, hiring managers and external vetting providers.
Maintaining accurate records and updating case management systems.
Monitoring vetting progress and proactively resolving queries or escalating delays where required.
Producing reports and management information relating to vetting activity.
Supporting audits and compliance reviews.
Ensuring all activities are conducted in line with legal, regulatory and company requirements.
Managing sensitive personal information in accordance with GDPR and data protection standards.
Providing guidance and support to stakeholders on vetting processes and requirements.
What You'll Need
Previous administration experience, ideally within vetting, compliance, recruitment, HR or a regulated environment.
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accuracy.
Great communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
The ability to build positive relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
Experience handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Knowledge of vetting, screening, compliance and data protection principles would be advantageous.
Competency using Microsoft Office applications and case management systems.
A proactive and solutions-focused mindset, with the ability to adapt in a busy environment.
A strong team ethic and commitment to providing an exceptional service.
