The Senior HR Officer will manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations while acting as a strategic business partner. They are responsible for ensuring compliance with Jamaican employment legislation and optimizing HR policies and systems to support company growth.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or Psychology and possess at least 3 years of experience in a generalist HR role. A solid working knowledge of Jamaican employment law, payroll administration, and core HR functions is required.
