The associate is responsible for delivering timely and accurate information to participants while maintaining quality scores and meeting client SLAs. They are expected to identify process improvements, resolve participant issues, and follow standard operating procedures.
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in B.Com, B.A, or BBA and 2-4 years of work experience. Prior experience in FMLA, LOA, or Health Care Claim adjudication is preferred, along with the ability to work evening or night shifts.

An associate is responsible for ensuring we deliver timely and accurate information to all participants. Associate should identify process improvements by identifying issues, process delays, and quality problems and recommend solutions. Should work with the Leads and others to resolve participant issues.
Prior experience with FMLA/ LOA/ Health Care Claim adjudication is preferred
