Responsible for configuring, testing, and maintaining the proprietary Total Benefit Administration (TBA) system to meet client requirements. The role involves monitoring automated production batch jobs, resolving defects, and mentoring junior associates.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related analytical field with at least 1.5 years of experience in US Benefits Administration. Proficiency in SQL, SAS programming, and a strong understanding of batch processing and SDLC principles are essential.
Role Title: Analyst Programmer
The Analyst programmer is responsible for configuring, testing, and maintaining Alight’s proprietary Total Benefit Administration™ (TBA) system. This role delivers accurate low-to-medium complexity analysis and test plans reflecting client requirements, ensures smooth batch operations post-implementation, and maintains ongoing system stability. The role also includes mentoring new associates and collaborating with global teams to ensure quality, compliance, and timely delivery.
