Asesorar y realizar las actividades de consultoría de desarrollo de negocio a los clientes de su ámbito de actuación
Llevar a cabo la comercialización de los productos de la compañía (campañas, genéricos, servicios pactados,etc), a los clientes de su ambito de responsabilidad.
Formar a los clientes en las prácticas y los servicios de la compañía.
Llevas a cabo la puesta en marcha de los servicios a establecer en los clientes.
Prestar soporte en la exposición de productos e imagen del negocio de los clientes en cartera.
Llevar a cabo la puesta en marcha de los servicios a establecer en los clientes.
Llevar a cabo la captación de nuevos clientes y/o las acciones destinadas a fidelizarlos (propuestas, negociación, seguimiento, etc)
Resolver las incidencias de su ámbito de responsabilidad.
Detectar y proponer acciones de mejora continua para la optimización de los procesos de trabajo.
Velar por la actualización y la fiabilidad de las bases de datos del ámbito.
Cumplir los plazos establecidos en aquellas acciones que así lo requieren.
Cumplir la normativa vigente en materia de protección de datos y acceso a la información.
