This role is in support of Cencora's distribution services in the US operating through our AmerisourceBergen business.
Summary of Role:
The Strategic Account Specialist will be responsible for the day-to-day relationship between MWI and the MVH strategic accounts by providing superior customer service and support. The Strategic Account Specialist also develops and maintains successful working relationships with relevant departments at MWI that will best serve the customer.
Shift Details: Must be able to work 8:30am-5:30pm MST
Responsibilities:
Provide all facets of customer service. This includes high volume phone support and response to email inquiries, in a timely and professional manner.
Service customer calls, emails and faxes by responding to general inquires, concerns and requests.
Reconcile potentially damaged and lost shipments. Including processing product returns and credits.
Provide accurate information regarding products, pricing, services, policies and procedures.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions/communications in CRM (Orbit) system.
Maintains frequent contact with internal and external customers to address all issues with assigned area of responsibility.
Analyze and investigate customer issues by taking the appropriate action in a professional and timely manner.
Complete assigned special tasks.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent is required; Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Customer service background is preferred; veterinary clinic experience is desirable.
Skills and Knowledge:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Intermediate or advanced excel skills are required and a proficiency with Word and Outlook is needed.
Ability to deal with stressful situations as they arise.
Communicates Effectively: Communicate thoughts, ideas, information, and messages completely and accurately; composes and creates documents with language and format appropriate to the subject matter; strong attention to detail; and checks, edits, and revises writing for correct information. Strong customer service interpersonal and decision-making skills.
