This role is in support of Cencora's wholesale distribution services in Europe operating through our Alliance Healthcare business.

We're looking for an experienced Operations Team Manager to join our Central Logistics Centre (CLC) in Birmingham and take ownership of a fast-paced warehouse operation that runs 24/7. As an Operations Team Manager, you'll be responsible for leading warehouse operations across inbound, picking and outbound functions, ensuring exceptional service levels, operational efficiency and inventory accuracy.

You'll lead from the front, creating a positive, safe and inclusive culture while driving productivity, quality and continuous improvement.

This position operates within a shift-based environment supporting a 24/7 operation. Flexibility is required, including occasional weekends and some UK travel with overnight stays when necessary.
