Coordinate press opportunities including interview requests, media appearances, promotional events, and special engagements
Vet, schedule, confirm, and track media opportunities while maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders
Prepare and distribute confirmation memos, schedules, press materials, and campaign updates
Coordinate promotional performances, press events, and special appearances with venue staff, media partners, and event representatives
Support the development and implementation of marketing, publicity, and audience engagement strategies
Assist with social media and audience engagement initiatives across assigned campaigns

Compile, proofread, and traffic content for engagement playbills and programs
Review artwork, copy applications, and marketing materials to ensure compliance with established brand and style guidelines
Initiate and manage creative requests in coordination with Allied's in-house creative production team and/or outside vendors

What Success Looks Like
Successful coordinators are highly organized, proactive, and dependable. They are comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously, communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, and adapting quickly when priorities change.
This role requires someone who:

Communicates clearly, professionally, and confidently
Approaches challenges with a solution-oriented mindset
Exercises sound judgment and knows when to escalate issues

Has a genuine interest in building a long-term career in live entertainment, touring Broadway, marketing, publicity, or audience engagement
Desired Skills & Experience
1-3 years of relevant experience in publicity, communications, marketing, account coordination, project management, live entertainment, performing arts, events, or a related field

Experience managing multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholder relationships simultaneously
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to prioritize effectively and exercise sound judgment in a fast-paced environment
Experience working directly with clients, partners, vendors, or external stakeholders preferred
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital communications tools preferred
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Teams
Working knowledge of Google Workspace
Comfort using AI and emerging technology tools to support productivity and workflow efficiency
Work Environment
This position supports live events and touring productions operating across North America. Priorities can shift quickly, and campaigns often involve multiple stakeholders, deadlines, and time-sensitive requests. While the role may offer remote flexibility, successful candidates must be highly responsive, self-motivated, and capable of managing responsibilities independently. Occasional evening and weekend availability is expected during critical campaign moments, media opportunities, tour launches, performance cancellations, and other time-sensitive situations. Travel may be required throughout the year.
Growth Opportunity
This position offers a clear path toward increased client management, strategic responsibility, and advancement within the organization for candidates who demonstrate strong performance and leadership potential.
