The Superintendent 3 plans and executes all aspects of moderately complex healthcare construction projects, ensuring timely and profitable completion. They are responsible for managing field staff, subcontractors, safety culture, and project sequencing.
Requires a high school diploma (Bachelor's preferred) and at least 8 years of construction experience, including 5 years of field supervision. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and be willing to travel up to 100% of the time.

This is a traveling position within our National Healthcare Division and requires the selected candidate to travel full-time (up to 100%) to project assignments across the country. Please note that the project location and assignment associated with this role may not be reflected in this job posting and can change based on business needs.
The Superintendent 3 will plan, manage and execute on all aspects of assigned projects with moderate complexity. This position will be responsible for managing the team, planning all construction sequencing and meeting project goals to achieve timely and profitable completion of each project. All activities will be performed in support of the strategy, vision and values of JE Dunn.
