The Sales Consultant in Training is responsible for achieving sales objectives, managing a territory, and promoting products to off-premise accounts. They also perform essential merchandising tasks such as building displays, stocking inventories, and maintaining cold boxes.
Candidates should possess a 4-year college degree or relevant industry experience and prior sales experience is preferred. Applicants must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a background check.
Sales Consultants in Training/Merchandisers are responsible for achieving sales objectives, territory management, selling current and new products, promotions, in-store tastings, and servicing accounts. This also includes merchandising activities such as shelf placement, maintaining cold boxes, building displays, and stocking inventories. Flexibility is the key to being a successful Sales Consultant in Training.
Job Requirements:
The expected pay range for this role is $20-$22/hour. Actual placement within range will be contingent upon several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's qualifications, education, experience, internal equity, union status (where applicable) and alignment with market data.
