Your Role as a Lead/Master Teacher:

Qualifications
You Might Be the Perfect Fit if You:
Are at least 18 years old, can pass a background check, hold a high school diploma or GED, and complete 12 hours of training in childcare within 30 days of starting your employment. Education in Early Childhood Education and experience within a licensed center is a big plus!
Have genuine empathy and understanding of children's needs and development.
