Under new leadership we are currently looking for a Full-time Human Resources Business Partner to support our growing organization at our Red Oak Recovery Center which has three locations and is located in North Carolina. The Human Resources Business Partner provides strategic and operational HR leadership across their assigned facility within the organization. This position ensures consistent execution of HR processes and policies and leads daily HR operations at their assigned facility. This role is responsible for creating a high performing and engaged workforce by providing leadership in talent management, organizational development, culture, employee relations, and HR compliance delivering key HR metrics.
