The Maintenance Technician is responsible for completing work orders, apartment turns, and general property upkeep including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs. They also handle exterior maintenance, pool servicing, and emergency on-call requests to ensure property curb appeal and resident satisfaction.
Candidates should have 1-3 years of experience in multifamily housing or the hotel industry with strong skills in painting, plumbing, and electrical work. Professional certifications in contracting or building are considered a plus, along with flexibility for on-call and weekend work.

The Maintenance Technician responsibilities will include:
- Timely completion of work orders and special projects
- Knowledge in HVAC
- Completion of plumbing and electrical service requests
- Completion of apartment turns, including...
- Servicing residents in a friendly, customer service-oriented manner
- Diagnoses problems and repairs in the areas of electrical
- Responds to all service requests on-call emergencies as directed by the Property Manager and Service Manager, which must be completed in a timely and professional manner
- Assists in maintaining the exterior of the property daily to provide clean and acceptable curb appeal at all times
- Housekeeping duties as required, as well as snow removal during winter months, when needed
- Performs property maintenance of pools, spas, and pool areas if applicable
Plumbing, contracting, and builders' certifications and licenses are a plus! We appreciate availability for on-call purposes and the flexibility and ability to work weekends when necessary!
