The Construction Manager will oversee vertical capital building projects for public and higher education clients by managing schedules, budgets, and project teams. Position summary: JMT is seeking a Construction Manager to be responsible for managing vertical capital building projects for city governments, counties and higher education clients. The CM will interface with Architect, General Contractor, Geotech/Materials Testing Agency, FF&E, Technology, Owner and other consultants and vendors to oversee and manage building projects for new and existing facilities.
