The Maintenance Manager oversees daily property operations, including prioritizing work orders, managing emergency repairs, and performing preventative maintenance. They also lead the maintenance team, coordinate with contractors, and ensure high-quality resident service and community upkeep.
Candidates must have at least 3 years of hands-on maintenance experience and 1-2 years of supervisory responsibility. A valid driver's license and a Type II or Universal refrigeration certification are required, along with the physical ability to perform heavy lifting and equipment repairs.
