Ludwig and Company is seeking a Maintenance Tech at our 230 Unit community located at Chicago, IL. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established local company.
The maintenance tech is responsible for timely completion of routine repairs, maintenance requests, and work orders throughout the community.
