Advanced understanding of MEP systems, controls, and integrated building operations.
Ability to lead assigned commissioning activities, guide field execution, and escalate complex technical or project issues appropriately.
Strong troubleshooting, quality assurance, communication, documentation, coordination, and teamwork skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and commissioning documentation tools or project software.
Currently authorized to work in the U.S. full-time without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, and/or a related field; equivalent foundational experience through a trade program, military service, or field commissioning experience will be considered.
Experience leading commissioning activities in data centers, mission-critical facilities, healthcare facilities, building automation systems, controls integration, or high-reliability environments.
