The dispatcher is responsible for coordinating and scheduling service technicians to customer locations while managing service calls. They also maintain accurate records, optimize technician routes, and address customer inquiries or complaints.
Candidates must have at least one year of experience in dispatching or customer service, preferably within the MEP trades. Strong organizational, communication, and basic computer skills are required for this role.

The Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating and dispatching Service Technicians to customer locations, managing service calls, and ensuring efficient and effective delivery of automation services. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a customer-oriented approach.
Compensation is $18-24 per hour, depending on experience.
