The HVAC Project Manager will oversee mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, managing budgets, schedules, and field personnel. They will serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders while ensuring compliance with safety standards and quality workmanship.
Candidates must have a minimum of three years of commercial HVAC project management experience and strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems. A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, along with proficiency in construction documentation and financial management.

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager with a minimum of three (3) years of project management experience in the HVAC industry to oversee and successfully deliver mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. The HVAC Project Manager will be responsible for managing project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, field personnel, client relationships, safety compliance, and overall project execution while ensuring quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate is a highly organized leader with strong technical HVAC knowledge, proven project management experience, and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
