Identify overlaps between projects and recommend opportunities for more efficient construction sequencing, packaging, procurement, and execution strategies.
Maintain awareness of current and future airport projects, including scopes, schedules, and operational impacts.
Monitor and track barricades, utility shutdowns, passenger routing changes, and other construction-related activities that may affect airport operations or tenant activities.
Coordinate with utility shutdown specialists, engineers, airport operations personnel, and project teams to recommend optimal timing and execution of utility outages.
Develop and implement temporary wayfinding strategies that support passenger movement and maintain a positive customer experience during construction activities.
Evaluate signage quality, consistency, usability, visual appeal, and compliance with airport standards and industry best practices.
Develop wayfinding concepts, maps, path-of-travel plans, signage layouts, and passenger communication materials.
Conduct site walks and field assessments to evaluate wayfinding effectiveness and identify areas requiring adjustment or improvement.
Analyze project schedules, Gantt charts, design plans, and sequencing documents to identify logistics and wayfinding impacts.
Develop tracking tools, reports, dashboards, and recordkeeping systems to monitor construction logistics and coordination activities.
Prepare monthly, annual, and executive-level reports highlighting team accomplishments, project impacts, and logistics performance.
Produce presentations, newsletters, stakeholder updates, briefing materials, and other communication products.
Ensure accurate and timely communication of activity impacts among airport operations, tenants, contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
Serve as a liaison with third-party entities whose construction activities may overlap with airport projects.
Support the CALM Manager in maintaining accurate project data and minimizing construction-related impacts while avoiding costly conflicts and redesigns.
Recommend improvements to logistics procedures, coordination protocols, and operational processes.
Requirements (Minimum):
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Aviation, Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Planning, or a related technical field.
Minimum of 20 years of progressively responsible experience supporting airport construction programs, aviation projects, or similarly complex infrastructure programs.

Strong understanding of airport operations, construction logistics, and stakeholder coordination.
Experience reading and interpreting design documents, construction plans, maps, and project schedules.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint.
Experience using Bluebeam for document review, markup, and coordination.
Excellent written, verbal, editing, proofreading, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, high-profile environment.
