We are seeking a talented and organized Design Resources Specialist to join our Los Angeles office. This intermediate role is ideal for a design professional with a strong design sensibility, expertise in materials, finishes, furnishings, and a passion for design excellence.
As a key member of the design team, you will manage the firm's design resource library and serve as a trusted resource for project teams. You will research and curate innovative materials and products, build relationships with manufacturers and industry partners, and support material selection throughout the design process. Your expertise will help elevate design quality and inspire thoughtful, creative solutions across our projects.
The ideal candidate is curious, collaborative, and detail-oriented, with a refined eye for color, texture, and craftsmanship. You stay current with industry trends and emerging products and enjoy sharing your knowledge with others. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our design culture while growing your expertise and contributing to exceptional design outcomes.
This position is designated as full-time on-site and requires the employee to be physically present at the assigned office location Monday through Friday during standard business hours. Regular, reliable on-site attendance is an essential function of this role.

Base Salary Range: $70,000 - $97,000 annually – Los Angeles locations only
The estimate range represents the general base salary range of candidates hired in Los Angeles only. Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary may include internal equity, experience, education, specialty, and training. In addition, base salary is not inclusive of total compensation.
