The Senior BIM Model Manager will lead digital delivery efforts, managing model environments and project deliverables while providing technical direction to the team. They will oversee the development of Digital Delivery Plans, monitor model health, and facilitate coordination meetings to ensure project quality and efficiency.
Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in both digital design and model management, along with a technical degree. Proficiency in 3D design software, coordination tools, and a comprehensive understanding of building systems and industry standards are required.
