The Facility Designer is responsible for developing project deliverables including facility programming, site master planning, and construction documents. They will also utilize BIM software, conduct construction field observations, and manage submittal and RFI reviews.
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in architecture, industrial design, or a related field. Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office is required, along with a working knowledge of LOD 300 requirements.
