The Account Manager will build and maintain relationships with trade professionals while actively prospecting for new business through cold calling. They are responsible for managing a sales pipeline in the CRM and providing high-touch customer service at the showroom.
The ideal candidate possesses strong communication skills and a proactive, goal-driven attitude. While experience in flooring or design sales is considered a plus, it is not strictly required for this role.
