Act as the first point of contact at the customer entrance, handling inquiries personally and via telephone. Manage administrative tasks including new customer registration, data maintenance, and processing complaints.
Candidates should be communicative and friendly with initial experience in customer reception or administration. Proficiency in German is required, and a passion for working with people is essential.

Du bist das Gesicht unseres Eingangs und die erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Kundinnen und Kunden. Mit deiner freundlichen Art schaffst du eine angenehme Atmosphäre und beantwortest Fragen – sowohl persönlich als auch telefonisch. Du kümmerst dich um administrative Aufgaben wie die Registrierung von Neukundinnen und - kunden und die Pflege von Kundendaten. Zudem nimmst du Reklamationen an und bearbeitest diese nach unseren Vorgaben.
Bei uns bist du gut aufgehoben, wenn du kommunikativ und freundlich bist sowie erste Berufserfahrung im Kundenempfang oder in der Administration mitbringst. Gute Deutschkenntnisse sind wichtig, jede weitere Sprache ist eine wertvolle Ergänzung! Wenn du Freude am Umgang mit Menschen hast, ein Organisationstalent bist und Lust auf praxisnahes Lernen hast, dann bist du bei uns genau richtig!
Dein Gehalt orientiert sich an deinen Qualifikationen. Du bekommst mindestens EUR 2.251,- brutto pro Monat auf Vollzeitbasis.
