The salesperson will develop a client portfolio within the HoReCa sector by conducting direct field visits and proposing tailored METRO solutions. They are responsible for analyzing market potential, planning visits, and providing high-level consulting to meet sales targets.
Candidates must possess a valid category B driver's license and have previous experience in the HoReCa sector. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a proven ability to work autonomously with a focus on results are required.

Delle referenze food 7.000 sono locali, messe a disposizione da 800 fornitori del territorio.

METRO propone anche circa 3.500 prodotti a marchio, tra cui METRO Chef, METRO Professional e RIOBA.
Per il territorio di Bologna siamo alla ricerca di una figura di Venditore/Venditrice, per lo sviluppo del portafoglio clienti, da inserire all’interno del team della Sales Force. Lavorare come venditore in METRO, è ben più che un lavoro. È un’esperienza formativa continua. Avrai modo di crescere personalmente e professionalmente mettendoti alla prova ogni giorno e conoscendo le diverse realtà presenti sul territorio.
Come venditore/venditrice, ti occuperai, nello specifico di:
- Sviluppare un portafoglio clienti attraverso il contatto diretto sul territorio, con l'obiettivo di sviluppare il fatturato dei clienti Ho.Re.Ca. Come? Attraverso l’attivazione dei canali di vendita più adatti e proponendo i servizi e prodotti METRO messi a disposizione per te
- Trovare e proporre la soluzione METRO migliore ai clienti Ho.Re.Ca. che incontrerai.
- Dovrai studiare il mercato per capire quali potrebbero essere i potenziali clienti, programmare le visite, analizzare e ascoltare le esigenze del cliente proponendogli la soluzione migliore per lui, offrendo così un alto livello di consulenza.

Forte orientamento al cliente e conoscenza delle tecniche di negoziazione

Capacità di lavorare in autonomia con forte orientamento all'obiettivo
Ottime capacità di analisi (buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office)
Completano il profilo spiccate doti di proattività e un forte orientamento all'obiettivo
Contratto di Lavoro: con inquadramento livello 3 (Ccnl Distribuzione Moderna Organizzata – CNEL H008) con una retribuzione annua lorda pari a €27.745,76.
