Develop and execute sales strategies for Industrail Automation, Industrial Networking, Digital Transformation and Industry 4.0 solutions across key manufacturing sectors.Identify, qualify, and pursue opportunities in areas such as IIOT, Gateways, Industrial Networks, MES, OEE, Energy Monitoring, IIoT, DataOps, CMMS and Predictive Analytics.Engage with CXOs, Plant Heads, Engineering & Maintenance Head and IT/OT decision-makers to understand their digitalization roadmap and propose suitable solutions.Conduct technical presentations, demos, and workshops to showcase solution value and build business justification (ROI, payback, efficiency gain).Develop techno-commercial proposals in coordination with the solution engineering team.Support RFP/RFQ responses with technical and commercial inputs.Collaborate with the marketing team to identify target accounts, verticals, and campaigns.Ensure achievement of quarterly and annual sales targets.Maintain strong relationships with partners and technology vendors (Rockwell, HMS, ORING, AVEVA, etc.).
