The Porter is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of the property, including buildings, grounds, and units. They also perform regular pool maintenance and ensure all areas are free of trash and debris.
Candidates must have at least one year of experience in property management or a similar role and possess a valid driver's license. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
