The Porter is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and quality of the property by cleaning assigned areas and removing debris. They also perform regular maintenance on grounds, buildings, and pool equipment to ensure a safe and attractive environment.
Candidates must have at least one year of experience in property management or a similar role and possess a valid driver's license. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, along with basic knowledge of property cleaning and maintenance.
