The Sales Development Representative role is extremely important within the marketing and sales organization at Bluebeam. You are responsible for helping scale revenue across the company. Our Sales Development Representatives are specialists in researching prospects, discovering pain points, getting access to and setting up meetings with decision-makers. This role allows the Sales team to focus on conducting meetings with prospects, closing SMB business and increasing the overall productivity of the marketing and sales organization.
About the Role

Contact Marketing Qualified Leads and convert them to Sales Quality Leads
Prospect for cold outreach
Contact and develop relationships with potential leads via phone and email
Refer potential customers to account executives
Maintain CRM, develop contact lists
Report monthly and weekly on sales progress and KPIs
Report product feedback to marketing, sales and leadership teams
Close some SMB opportunities
Generate pipeline for other Nemetschek brands
About You
1 – 3 years of experience in a sales or customer facing role
Prospecting skills
Enthusiastic and vibrant attitude
Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills
Outstanding interpersonal, organization and follow-up skills
Understanding of inbound and outbound pipeline generation processes
Knowledge of sales tools such as Salesforce, High Velocity Sales, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus
Characteristics like grit, strong work ethic, coachable, confidence, curiosity, self-awareness, and a focus on self-development will also be recognized and rewarded

Base pay offered will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations. Base pay is one part of Bluebeam’s Total Rewards program, which seeks to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable commission plan, while most non-sales position are eligible for a bonus under the terms of an applicable bonus plan. Additionally, Bluebeam provides best in class benefits, with 100% employee covered health and welfare benefits and paid time off. Bluebeam is a growing company with many opportunities.
