The Project Engineer will assist with the design of commercial land development projects, including site layout, grading, utilities, and stormwater management. They will also prepare project documents and coordinate with clients, contractors, and other project disciplines throughout the project lifecycle.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and have 0–3 years of experience. An Engineer in Training (EIT) certification is preferred, along with familiarity with Civil 3D and site design concepts.

The Project Engineer position is a great opportunity to start your career with a team focused on commercial land development projects, typically ranging from 1–5 acres. Each week brings new opportunities to learn and solve problems related to site planning, grading, utility design, and stormwater management.
You’ll work alongside experienced engineers and project managers, gaining exposure to projects from the early planning stages through construction. We’re looking for someone who is curious, eager to learn, and ready to grow their career while serving clients and working with a great group of coworkers.
